I have been trying to connect with an actual person to help me and it doesn’t seem Fitbit is available!!! I would like answers with regards to my husband’s screen which is simply not there at all anymore! It went from the white lines to nothing! I have tried all the suggestions; plug in, turn on, hold buttons, etc. It is broken. This is clearly a defect because I have seen the number of posts with regards to it. My warranty ran out dec2019, but feel like some compensation is owed...It is unacceptable to sell a product that stops working after 15mos. Fitbit customer service, please contact me.

Fitbit won't contact you, so why don't you get with them? Reach out to customer support.
