My Fitbit suddenly stopped receiving notifications from my phone. It’s showing that it’s synced, my Bluetooth is on and connected to my Fitbit, I’ve reset everything a few times even, to no avail. Anybody have any other advice before I contact the company?

I'm having the same issue. I noticed it after my phone did an upgrade. Please share what you find out.

Did you find a solution? My Fitbit charge 2 stopped receiving notifications a few days ago. I don’t know what to do about it.
