Hey Fitbit

whats the update on me still not receiving text or call notifications?

youve had a couple of days now and I’m still not getting them.

All I’m getting is we are working on it. Strikes me that you don’t know what to do about it and are fobbing us off

Hey guys, @Goldensparrow1 and @jed53! If your phones are compatible but you're not getting notifications on your Charge 2, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I’ve done everything as instructed. I received one text notification earlier but nothing since again. And that was with me doing nothing different. So it’s not us. 

If you got people `working on this‘ all I will say it’s either a very technical, demanding issue or your people arent at the top of their game.
