No sleep breakdown

My Fitbit charge 3 stopped giving me a breakdown of my sleep a few weeks ago. Anyone else have this problem? I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a couple of times. The software is up to date. I have cleaned the sensor but still no breakdown, just the number of hours. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Julie

Laptops need a restart sometimes and so does this amazing little Fitbit. :sun_with_face:

Restart your charge 3 - on your charge 3 scroll left to settings - open - scroll up to About - open - scroll up to Reboot device - open. 
This works 😊
