Phone will not update fitbit, phone message reads This feature is not available on this device

Is it possible to update fitbit another way ?

@Alan1234 - I’m concerned because your phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. The first thing to check is to make sure your phone’s OS is on 7.0 or higher. Then, check to see if your Fitbit app is up to date. That may help. 

But to answer your question, you can try updating your Charge using these instructions on updating from the Fitbit.com dashboard. Please let us know if you are successful.

Really disappointed not able to link my Fitbit to my Nokia 1.3 phone.
Will have to purchase an alternative fitness watch, unless you can tell
me when you will resolve this issue.
