For the last week, my Charge 2 hasn’t recorded Active minutes/exercise when I work out. I’ll select the workout from my charge 2 and begins/end it, but then when I go to sync it doesn’t show up. The Active minutes don’t show up either. So I have to manually enter the workout on my dashboard.
Also so it has quit recording sleep. Heart rate is on, auto track is on, everything that needs to be on is on. I’ve reset my band multiple times and nothing works.
Either fighre it out since this this has been a problem for over a year now with multiple people, or please send a replacement. I’m not happy at all.

My Charge 2 is less than 7 months old and is recording sporadically past several weeks. Please fix this widespread issue. Thank you in advance
