I just walked 3.2 mi trail and Fitbit charge2 only says 2.1 miles.  How do I fix?

Fitbit calculates distance by multiplying your step count by your stride length so the problem could be because it is not counting all your steps, or it could be because your stride length is set too short.

Are you able to tell if the step count looks ok? Can you test it by, say, walking 100 steps and seeing what your fitbit counted?

If the steps seem ok then it will be the stride length. Fitbit calculates a default stride length based on your gender and height and it's normally pretty accurate. But if it needs changing the following help file explains how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1135/
