charge 2 not keeping accurate count of steps off about 3000 steps

@lou42- It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 is not recording your steps accurately. If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart to your Tracker by following these steps. In addition, please change your handedness to see if there is any improvement in your readings. You need to go to the website fitbit.com > Settings > Devices. For more information about the accuracy of your Charge 2, please check out this article.

 

If none of the steps above help, please let me know which activity do you perform and since when are you experiencing inaccurate readings.
