Not getting my weekly report

Hi I am no longer receiving my weekly report, can you help please? Thanks

Hey @Chrissiekay, welcome to the Community! If you are no longer getting your weekly report, please verify the following: 

- That your e-mail address has no typos 

- The Weekly report has the check mark on the notifications part of your Fitbit account

- Review the day when you start your week (Monday or Sunday)
