Charge 2 wasn't syncing so I tried several recommended fixes and now it won't pair and the screen is glitchng.

.

Fixes tried

reboot of fitbit device (multiple times)

Force stopped app.

Removed and redownloaded app.

Turned Bluetooth on/off.

Rebooted phone. (Samsung Galaxy s8 active is compatible)

Unpaired device (Now the phone can't find the fitbit when I ty to pair it via setup and the screen is so glitchy you can't read the time.)

 

I miss my functioning fitbit and I don't have the money to upgrade right now.

Having the same issues, spoken to online advisor. Still waiting to see if updates....waited 20 mins so far!
