Just got a new S22 Ultra, and I can sync the charge 4, my steps and battery levels are accurate, but can't receive notifications. I tried the test call option, and didn't show anything. Any ideas?

Have you set notifications up @thechooz
Try disabling, under the 3 dots.
Now setup notifications, the fitbit app should request all needed permissions.

I'm having this issue with my Charge 3 and S22 Ultra. Any suggestions or ideas?
