My Charge 2 wasn't syncing. I did troubleshoot via Google and got it to sync except for notifications. Nothing I have tried will get the notification vibration to work again. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? When was the first time you experienced this? Are you not receiving notifications at all or just one type of them? Is your device vibrating with silent alarms or when you plug it into the charger or nothing at all?
In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I'm afraid to let you know that the LG VS501 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, this could be the reason why you're not receiving notifications on your Charge 2 anymore. Even though your phone is not compatible, please try restarting your Fitbit and then uninstall/reinstall the app. Re-setup the notifications feature and let me know if the issue persists.
