Not synching

Charge 2 has suddenly stopped synching. I've not changed anything but for the last few days it seems to refuse to synch. Been through all the trouble shooting process but to no avail. My phone can't even find it now.

I don't know what you have tried so far but the usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

These have always worked for me when I’ve had problems but others have found other steps that worked for them. For example:

 

  • let the battery completely drain and then recharge

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
