My charge 2 will not sync properly. Worked fine yesterday and now it’s not working. Nothing has changed on my phone or Fitbit. When I sync it won’t sync sleep and activity (active minutes will but not the actual activity). I’ve tried all troubleshooting like restart the Fitbit delete and reinstall the app etc etc and it still won’t work. Especially annoying when nothing has changed...

Hi, @Missfab76, as you have noticed, sometimes sync issues just occur for no obvious reason. It is very frustrating, but they do almost always resolve themselves in a day or two.
I personally think deleting and reinstalling the app is a waste of time (as long as you have checked that you have the most up to date version). I do find that restarting the Charge 2 and then immediately trying to force a sync can often give it a kick start and get it going again, so you might repeat that. Other things I have found that can force a sync are toggling Bluetooth off and then on again, or logging out of the app and logging back in.
I appreciate that you have probably tried all these. I would suggest giving them each another try, but I also think this will probably just resolve itself spontaneously. As you are probably aware, the Charge 2 will store all detailed information for about a week, and outline information (steps etc) for 30 days, so it is very unlikely that you will lose any data.

Hi Julia,
if you have all done that (rebooting en syncing again) and my fitbit still shows 'just' 70 minutes of activity even I have been active for at least 126 minutes (I recorded my bike advitivies and i can see those results in my dashboard) I have to wait a few days hoping it will restore its selfs?

The exact same has happened to me. Last sync was Saturday at 7:57 am. have tried to sync different ways without any luck. Computer and phone are connecting with my Fitbit as they have "told" me that my battery is low today, which it is.

Hi there,
I still have problems with syncing. Since a few days when i use my fitbit for biking f.e. in the overview of activities I see the amount of time i was active (this morning f.e. i peddled for 25 min) but the dashboard says i was 0 minutes active. That happens more than once, even after sincing. (what takes very very very long (read: very long) since the last update. Always when an update doesn't go propperly most of the times an update is required. but no update is necessary at the moment. Last but not least: my heartbeat doesn't appear constantly. I cleant it will (I assume) but thats no solution. Does anyone recognize these issues? Is there a solution you can recommand? Thank you and have a nice day!
