I can't get my charge to sync steps with myfitnesspal.com/app. I've tried everything myfitnesspal.com recommends and can't get it to work. Can you help?

Same here, glad in not alone, mfp wont allow me to disconnect fitbit (so i can try reconnecting) so i wonder if it is their issue?
Let us know if someone finds a fix!

Mine too, started doing strange things with data too sometime Sunday/Monday and spent hours trying different things. Note that one response said it is a mfp issue so will hang on!!!!

Same here. I feel like I've attempted all previous suggestions to fix the issue but my steps are still not showing up in MyFitnessPal. I synced, disconnected, reconnected, logged out and back in, updated both apps, and revoked access. Also, every time I try to relink the two apps, MFP says Fitbit is already connected to it, even if I've logged out and back in to MFP first. I wish I knew why they aren’t connecting and if there is something else can I do to fix it.
