Not syncing

Hi so newbie to fitbit had it a week not syncing for 3 days so decided to add it again big mistake now not got my device showing no sleep apps etc hiw domi rectify this please.  Tried doing the bluetooth off nd on etc it wont let me fi ish set up because of the tracker even tried using a different email address but that did t work either.  This was a present feom my grandson and I really hope I haven't mucked it up.  Please someone tell me how to get it back to how it was many thanks

What phone do you have @Jules5931?

Has the trackee been connected to your fit it account?

If not, please remove the tracker from the phones bluetooth, then do the setup. Let us know at which step the failure occurs and if you receive any error messages.

Hi so I removed all bluetooth connections tried to set back up again  but when it comes to linking the bluetooth it wont pair up.All I have done is uninstall the app nd reinstall, due to not syncing.  It then took my charge 3 off so had to go back into set up which it wont let me finish so now I dont have any connection with it I dont u understand the tracker thing I have tried linking to my other email account but it still would not pair up.  Please help many thanks Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2
