Not tracking sleep and intermittently tracking HR

Hi! 3-4 days ago, my charge 3 stopped tracking my sleep. I've had it for about 14 months now, and it's been working well until now. I went through other posts, and tried resetting it 3 times, cleaning the sensor and my skin. I'm an android user and I've gone through different things in the settings too. I noticed today that it was only intermittently tracking my HR now as well.

Hello @vram916 without a consistent heart rate you won't see sleep stages but this will not stop the tracker from recording sleep.

my versa 3 has tracked sleep reliably  for over a year. now at least twice a week just doesnt track. many restarts, think it was the update in December
