I'm no longer getting notifications on my Charge 3, and when I go into the app it tells me that notification service is not running and I need to restart my phone. I have not only restarted my phone but also reset everything multiple times, made sure everything was up to date, etc. It only seems to fix the issue for a few hours and then it's back to no notifications. The app doesn't seem to be syncing as frequently as it used to either. HELP!

It sounds like you may be affected by an ongoing bug with notifications on Huawei phones. Keep an eye on the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates:
