Only received notifications for a week

I've has the charge 3 for about 3 weeks.  I received notifications from my Samsung galaxy j7 v until I charged it.  It would never let me do a quick reply, but got texts, phone calls, calendar & weather. Now nothing. I've rebooted phone, fitbit; unsynched them & resynched them, restarted everything.  Bluetooth is on

Hi @TerryLV Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List  which may be why you are having trouble with notifications. When an unsupported phone has worked with notificatios and then stops working it is usually because of an update to phone, Fitbit app or tracker. Because the phone is not supported no ome works towards getting it going again. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on notification problems.
