No confirmation email from Digital River and when I emailed them to ask them to confirm my order and delivery date I got the reply below. Has anyone else had any experience with them? Not great reviews...

Hello @FayHopwood and welcome to the Help forums. I think you should contact Fitbit Support for more Help. It's been a while since I ordered something from the Fitbit Store, so I am not sure how Digital River figures in to all this.

Digital River is a payment processing service similar to PayPal, they just process the payment. The order confirmation email should come from Fitbit.
No need to worry about the payment.

I had the same problem. I bought 275.44 worth on Fitbit.com PLUS I was charged 59.99 additional by digital river … trying to find out why it’s irritating. Help

Yes and it was in the total $275.44
Fitbit - 199.95
Protection plan- 59.99
Subtotal- 259.94
Tax- 15.50
total- 275.44
Received a conformation for this order torá which is fine because that is what I bought.
On my statement I am charged three different times.
1) 275.44 (fine)
2) 59.99
3) 215.45….
l don’t understand why I’m being charged extra the transaction is under “ DRI*FITBIT LLC “

Based on this post, you would have been charged double for your order, not an extra 59.99, 59.99+215.45=275.44. so lines 2) & 3) in your post add up to line 1)
Have the charges been posted to your account, or are the transactions showing as pending?

Is the 59.99 posted or pending?
It's not unusual for separate charges to appear online, I would bet that the pending charge will go away soon. I think you'll be ok in the end.

I was confused also. My bank statement shows PP*DR DRI*FITBIT and a receipt from Digital River. I have no clue what I'm paying $9.99 to FITBIT for..

I have had the worst experience ever trying to order a fitbit through the Brook+ Health program... after 4 weeks of health tracking I am eligible for a free, or reduced price newer Fitbit & Digital River takes my order through Fitbit, but then refunds my payment after a day & cancels the order with No explanation. Unfortunately I tried to order several times with different form of payment each time as Fitbit Customer service thought that might be the problem (my former of pymt). My Credit cards are fine & now I am upset (& stressed) as they now have all of my info. from placing the orders. It is a Scam - it's true NOTHING is Free. I have not been able to get the free/discounted Fitbit & Digital River has all of my info. BEWARE OF DIGITAL RIVER, & BROOK+ FREE FITBIT. It's not legit!
