Do I need converter to charge Fitbit in Israel or just an adapter plug.

I believe you just need an adapter plug, @Holyghost . But you may want to check with Support, just to be sure. I’ve never been to Israel but the adapter was all I needed in France.

Basically the Charge HR just needs a standard USB Charging port @Holyghost 

Most any phone charger will work,  since most are designed to work with voltages between 100 and 240. Check the label on the wall brick. So yes as @SunsetRunner  says an adapter allowing the phone charger to plug into their outlet will be fine.
