Hi, there is a lengthy thread about this issue in the wrong forum, so I'm going to post it here. I have a Charge 3 and the sleep oxygen variation graph disappeared some weeks ago. It's 4/26 now and still no graph. Is there a fix? Also, I'm new to these forums, do Fitbit personnel evet addres issues?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GMc-AZ.

Thank you for the information provided.

If you haven't done it already, please install the SpO2 app on your Fitbit Charge 3 and perform a restart.

In addition, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.

Whether this doesn't work, please tell me if there is any error message. You can attach a screen shot for further investigation.

If you have any question, please let us know.

Thanks for your help. To be honest, I could not find where Fitbit apps to
be installed are located. I then went on vacation, & the oxygen variation
graph re-appeared "magically" during this time. I don't know why (software
update?).

I'll try to keep the article you mentioned in mind in the future.

i have the same issue and I do not see SpO2 app on my list of applications.  Are you sure it is for Charge 3 not 4?

As I mentioned before, the graph "magically" reappeared near the middle of
my daily sleep data page (below the bar graph for time spent in each sleep
stage). I can only guess that it was fixed by an update. My version is now
3.41.2 (20243568).

Also, I did find the SPO2 Tracker app, but it cannot be installed for
Charge 3. In fact, in the description, it says that app is only for the
Sense or Versa 3. Wish I could be of more help.

Hi there,

@GMc-AZ, I'm glad to hear that the oxygen variation graph has re-appeared, thanks for letting us know.

@DG-Charge-3, I tried to install the SpO2 app in my Fitbit Charge 3 but couldn't find the option either. I contacted our team to confirm if the SpO2 app can be actually installed on the Charge 3 but haven't received a response. If it's only for the Fitbit Charge 4, we will proceed to remove the Charge 3 from this site. Once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.

Whether you continue experiencing difficulties with the SpO2 graph, I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

See you around.

Thank you very much for your response. I found out how to set up a
replacement device, but could you please explain why I should do this? I
have just the one device, the only one I've ever had. Thanks again for your
help.

Thanks for your response, @GMc-AZ.

Setting up the Tracker as a replacement is just a procedure we recommend when the information is not getting transferred correctly or completely between a Fitbit device and a Fitbit account. This procedure does not delete any data synced to your Fitbit account.

Have a nice day.
