Hi, My charge 3 is missing lines of pixels and I am unable to see the screen in normal daylight any ideas on how I could fix this? I have tried restarting it a few times now and have updated it as well but no improvement.
Hi Rachel, were you able to find out how to solve this issue, I have very few lines left on mine making it impossible to read but it still registers all my details on my phone.
I would really like an answer to this! My Charge is quite new and is already doing this. I can’t read the time, which is a big problem since this is supposedly a watch.
