Hello!
I've been trying to update the period tracker for the last four hours. I open the app, let it sync and then switch to the period tracking calendar. I get a blank page where the calendar should be and then the app freezes completely.
I've made sure my app is up to date and tried closing and reopening the app many times.
If anybody has any insight or helpful hints, they would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, @hbcrayons, it sounds like your app has got stuck in a bad state. It's a little tedious, but it might help to log out and then delete the app entirely and then re-download it from Google play, the Apple store or Windows (depending on which device you use).
You wont lose any data by doing this.

I’ve got the same problem with the new app. Heartbroken I can’t switch back to the old dashboard, and the period tracker app doesn’t show the calendar at all. Very frustrating as I’m late and I can’t remember the exact timing of my last period as it is in the tracker!!!! I’ve switched the phone on and off, deleted and reinstalled the app and it is still freezing on this page. Is there something wrong with the app?

Having the same problem! Nothing ever wants to open! How to fix this?? I can’t track my period correctly without the app!
