Got my first fitbit, it died 1 year 1 month after. Got the replacement, it died 1 year 2 months after. I contacted fitbit and received a long instruction how to troubleshoot it in order to get rid off all the vertical and horizontal lines. However, that’s not the only issue I have. The battery life itself has died, I charged and it would only last for a few hours. I informed fitbit, instead someone replied that my case was closed.

Hi @SunsetRunner  if you haven't read it, the warranty information is here - click to go to the article. Warranty in the US is 12 months from date of purchase. If it's replaced, the warranty is for the remaining time period beginning at the date of original purchase. Support may have said the case was closed due to the time frame. Have you reached out to customer support for more information regarding this?

My family and I have had the same issue…seems odd that this happens right around the time of warranty for all my products over the years….
