Hi! This is my second Charge 3 - a replacement because the other kept failing me. And now this is doing the same. Not tracking my sleep. Not correctly tracking my workouts properly. And taking forever to charge. I just attempted to charge it and after I removed it from the cable, it wasn't charged, and when I went to the app to sync my workout the challenge I was in is completely gone. I am so disappointed with this watch ..... what is going on?

Done too. This is my second replacement device as well and I've had it for a couple of months now and the same issues that occurred before which were not logging active minutes or logging active minutes in the middle of the night while I am shown as sleeping and I'm sleeping, the screen deciding to go blank whenever it feels like it, installing uninstalling reinstalling the app, plugging the device into the charger and restarting it that way to reset the device still to this day there are irregularities even with my steps and I was told that it's because if I move my arm that the device is on that that counts for a step so yesterday when I was driving to one of my son's specialist appointments I registered 250 steps because it started vibrating and saying yes you did it and I thought turning on winding roads accounted for 250 steps are you kidding me? Needless to say I'm at that point now in my life where I have a minute of free time and I will be calling them today to let them know that all of the same issues are occurring that I am not going through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling over the telephone with a customer service representative Norm I going to do a factory reset on it again by plugging the device into the wall and spending an hour of my time wasted for all of this to keep happening the most important things that I would like to make known is that I am livid that my active minutes were on point with my H2 device and ever since I purchased the H3 I have had nothing but inaccuracies, not logged active minutes when I am exerting myself physically and having active minutes show up at randomly odd times in the middle of the night when not only I am aware that I am sleeping but also my Fitbit sleep app shows that I am sleeping and now that they added the New Pulse O2 view for nighttime my heart rates not even going up whenever it's showing for example last night I did 50 minutes of activity minutes well I was at resting heart rate at that time, I was in a light sleep at that time and my oxygen level was average. Fitbit is very well aware of this problem so much so that they made a statement after the release of this H3 watch that there are errors and glitches in the system that they would be working on and then while being on the phone with customer service agents I was told the same that they're working on them so they sent me that replacement head in the same exact problems that I had with the first one are happening again. I've read other people's comments and I've had my comments deleted before saying that I'm bashing a company and I reposted my comments because I am stating facts about my specific situation with my specific watch and my specific replacement head having the same malfunctions which is not being negative or bashing a company as I was told my comments would be removed and were. The fact that I had mentioned above are what are still occurring with the replacement head device on my current H3 watch. That is not an opinion that is a fact. My opinion that will get this comment deleted is that I feel Fitbit has gone downhill since the H2 based on other people's personal experiences with other watches they've purchased from this brand and have chosen to go elsewhere to purchase one's that are shall we say "more accurately accounting fitness." Thanks for your reply. This is my second one too and I have done all the resets, etc... It makes me crazy that they cannot get this fixed and even more they cannot respond to me.

They really don't care they offered to give me 20% off a new one. Why would I pay them for a new piece of junk?
