Problems with Charge 3 ( Blank Screen, Replacement is a DUD)

Hello everybody,

Not sure where to turn, basically had my first ever FitBit less than a year.

About 7 months in, the original Fitbit screen stopped showing ( still feel vibrations, but it was blank screen). I tried to reset it and use other methods of getting it fixed ( like changing the clock face) to no luck. 
I contacted support at the time and after explaining my situation they sent me out a replacement. Great I thought. But when I got around to getting the original Fitbit replaced i found out that the replacement they sent me was a dud( it's not working, it's not charging, it's unresponsive to button presses). Amazing replacement...I can't afford or justify buying another Fitbit device that pretty much didn't even last me a year.

So I thought I'd leave a thread here asking the community if they had similar issues with their fitbits/replacements and if they found a fix for it? 

 

P.S Can't get through customer service due to busy phone lines, live chat non-available and no email address to write to.

Go to Fitbit Support and Chat with Fitbit a screen opens fill in your name etc and it keeps you informed how long you’ll be waiting until they respond. It won’t be too long   but be patient and they will definitely help you.
