Hi: My Fitbit charge 3 is about 10 months old. Problems started a few weeks ago:
•Screen wake doesn’t work
•Haptic button doesn’t work
•black horizontal lines on the screen
I tried the following:
•I rebooted Fitbit a few times (from device menu), didn’t help
•I tried to update firmware through the app, but I’m getting “unexpected error. Your device is already up-to-date”.
Any suggestions what else can I try to make it work properly? Thank you.
