I didn't see Charge 3 as an available section of the forum. But I'm wondering how accurate people find sleep measurement, specifically REM. According to my FitBit, I only get like 15-30 minutes of REM several nights a week. But I'm suspicious of that because last night I was dreaming up a storm - several plot lines RIGHT before I woke up to pee. I even went through them in my head ("That was pleasant. Oh wait. the dream before that one was not so pleasant."). But FitBit shows no REM at all right before waking to pee.
Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi @KenRyan, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared on your post. You can restart your Charge 3 and check if the sleep information tracked after that is correct. You can find more information about sleep stages in this link What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
I'll be around.

No it did not change the information. Interestingly, though, the night after I posted this, Fitbit reported 3 hours of REM! That is the most I've ever shown. I don't know if that was accurate or not either.

Hi @KenRyan, it's great to see you again.
I suggest keeping an eye on your sleep report to see if your Charge 3 is tracking the sleep information properly.
Have a nice day!

Well that is the problem. I have no way of knowing if the REM tracker is properly and accurately reporting.
