Has this tracker been setup in the past, and still connected to your fitbit account.
Or is this a new tracker?
Is this galaxy 9 a new phone?
If we are changing phones. Is the old phone still around, log out of fitbit. Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth.
On the new phone, install fitbit. Log into your fitbit account. Accept any requests.
Now go to notifications. Accept requests.
Setup notifications.
Of the tracker is new
Open the fitbit app, log in. You may get a popup to setup a device. Tap yes.
Otherwise. Tap the top left corner.
Tsp setup a device. Follow the prompts.
