My charge 4 does not register when I am cycling, even though this option is enabled. Who knows a solution?

Hi @Ilona1971 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. 

There could be different reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized.

E.g. the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.

You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so it could be that the tracker "thought" that the exercise was over.

I recommend restarting your tracker and setting the start times for the activities differently. E.g. for a walk, set to 10 minutes, run to 15, outdoor bike rides to 20, etc. and / or to ignore the activities that you do not use.
