I’ve just received a replacement Charg 3. Does anyone know how to set it up on your existing account? I’ve disconnected Bluetooth on my old one but I just keep getting codes sent to the old one and not the new one?

1. The old unit should be as far away from your phone as possible - leave it at the other end of the house.
2. Open the phone app and then tap on add a device, then select Charge 3
3. You should get a question as to whether you want to replace the old unit, say yes and then follow the directions. This should link the new device to your account.
