I received my charge 2 replacement today and it won’t pair
i called support and they said they were aware of the problem and would send another one
i see from threads on here it’s a on going problem what do I need to do to get a charge 2 that works

I received my replacement charge 2 today… It wouldn’t pair... I called support and they said they would send another and they were aware of the problem... From the threads I read on here this is been going on for a while and they’re aware of it… What do I need to do to get a charge 2 that actually works
