I'm being sent a replacement charge 3 after having screen brightness issues. Does this mean I will get the watch only or will a new removable strap be included?

I know I'm asking Fitbit users I'm asking to see who's been told the same to see what they were sent! They said they'd be sending a replacement.... so presumably that means the whole thing but I have now read things on here which say that they have only been sent the watch component no strap.
Best AnswerThey replaced only the face for me, nothing else.
Best AnswerI have just got my replacement today and its the tracker only . The email directs you to a site to set it up but icant access the site... Something about too many cookies? I have no idea 😒
Good luck with yours.
Best AnswerYou are only sent the tracker - the e-mail from Customer Services that says you will be sent a replacement does state that it is tracker only and to keep all straps, cables etc (in very small print but it does say it!)
Best AnswerThey will sent you a new unit (no bands); I’m on my 2nd replacement in less than 1yr due to screen lines (virtually unreadable) and blank/black screen (would vibrate and sync with info, but nothing showed on the face of the unit).
Best AnswerWhen I got mine replaced, I was given the exact thing I already had. Except those 2 didn't work either and now they won't replace this last replacement because it's been over 1 yr since my original purchase 😞 not happy with them anymore.
Hope it works out for you.
Best AnswerYeah...I’ve been with Fitbit since its inception and this is the only time I’ve really been disappointed (especially since since I told everyone how great they are and to buy one; or I’ve bought one for family members). The Charge series has been my only issue. I almost went from C3 to the new C4, but they appear to be having the exact same issues. If it’s known there’s an issue...why keep making/selling the product! Either recall/replace with a correctly working item (not one that lasts only 3-4 months) or grant allowance of what the consumer paid to put toward another one (of any series), not just a discount. I’m sure when my year is up, so will the replacement...but at least I’m not still spending money until that time.
I still like Fitbit, but this is very disappointing.
