I have a replacement fitbit and can't sync it to my app. Can't get it to work at all. Fitbit says download or update the fitbit app to set up. I have tried updating the app - it says it is syncing but nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Hi, @Sal3pink , have you actually connected it to your account? When the app is updated you need to open the app and click on the small person icon/photograph top left - that takes you to the account screen. On the account screen scroll down to + set up a Device.
On the set up screen choose Charge 4. You will get a message saying there is already a charge 4 connected to your account; do you want to replace it? Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there.
If you still have your old Charge 4 you may want to move it out of Bluetooth range if the app is having trouble finding your replacement charge 4.
