Dear FitBit team,

 

I bought fit bit charge 2 at a premium cost where as I get local tracker of very close precision at 1/6th the price that I have paid. And in just an year I see a cracked screen for no reason, and I read on reviews that the screen can't be replaced. This is really demotivating me to buy any products from FitBit in future... Please at least help me understand whether you help me with a cost to replace my Fitbit charge 2 screen.
