I haven't used my device for a few years but even after having it in and on charge for an hour it hasn't turned on and isn't doing anything has anyone else ever had this problem and if so what can I do? Many thanks in advance🤗

I'm sorry but when these batteries are not charged it destroys them.

 

You can google it there are ways to try and bring it back
