Return authorization

I respectfully request  a return authorization for a charge 3 purchased on July 15, 2019 via Amazon. The touch screen is not working properly anymore (it doesn't allow any swiping anymore), and the step tracker yields rediculous numbers of steps completed per day.

Unfortunately, customer support do not monitor these user community pages so you'll need to contact them to make a warranty claim. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com

Thx for the quick answer, but the page you send me confuses me. which one is the right one to chose? There are a number of buttons to click, none of which seems to fit?

The Live Chat or the telephone support are perhaps the easiest to use.
