Reversed screen

Charge 2 is only showing half of screen & it's in mirror image (letters & digits wrong way round) any idea how to resolve this??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. 
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Thank you for your response, I have tried several times to do as you suggested but it's still goes back to the fault, it's taking longer than usual to respond to the restart & a lot of the time the screen is just blacked out  with no response to anything

I had this happen to me tonight. It was working fine all day, but when I went to see how I was doing on steps it was reversed and half screen. Eventually it just went black. I tried the reset as above as well, it vibrated, but stayed black. Also, the green sensor lights WILL NOT TURN OFF. For now, I’m just going to let the battery die and then try again. Any other ideas??
