There's nothing more frustrating than trying out a new route for your daily run, relying on your tracker to keep track of your distance/pace, etc., only to look down at your Charge 3 to see that it has stopped tracking your run, exited from Exercise mode and all you see is the time/date on your clock face. Apparently this is an ongoing issue and hopefully it gets resolved soon because it's annoying as hell!

Happened again today....Your team needs to figure this out. I'm getting very close to trading all of my Fitbit devices for an Apple Watch. This is ridiculous.

The same thing has been happening to me when i track activities. When can I expect this to be fixed?

Not sure when they will fix it, but recently, I have been performing the following routine before every run (seems to work about 95% of the time):
- Disable/enable bluetooth on phone
- Restart Fitbit app on phone
- Start run activity on tracker

Sounds like i'm just going to keep using Runkeeper instead of Fitbit. It really is a shame that i still have to use other apps to do things that Fitbit is supposed to be able to do.

Hi...question is if I run for say 30 mins and 30 seconds but eh activity stopped at 24 minutes is here a way based on the activity and heart rate that you could update the activity to calculate the real activity time and heartrate to reflect active minutes and average heart rate as you have ll the data in the system...the heart rate is still recorded?
Thanks.
