I ran four miles today and it is not reflected on my Fitbit. A twenty minute walk I took after the run is reflected but not the run.

This is ridiculous. Second day of running and second day in which my Fitbit failed to record my run. No relies on this empty site. Looks like it’s time to trash the Fitbit and by a more responsive exercise band.

just joined myself.

This is a old device as I have the same one. You can try a reset if your button works.

Press the button for up to 12 sec till you see the logo and some other stuff.

That will reset it and may help the problem.
