Run stopped randomly

For my past 10 runs, my Charge 2 will stopped randomly during my runs even though I did not pressed the button.  After a few minutes into my runs, the Charge 2 will showed me the clock face instead of tracking my running statistics. Resetting the Charge 2 did not solve the problem.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring with specific exercises like Run or with all of them? Do you always track your activity in the Exercise app or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? Hi @RicardoFitbit, thanks for replying.  I had always tracked my runs using the exercise mode with no problem.  I first noticed that the Charge 2 stop tracking my run on the exercise mode after 0.92km on 24 Mar 20 when I went for a 18 km long run.  The same thing happened for my subsequent 10 runs till 9 Apr 20. There was no GPS issue as the Nike app on my phone tracked all my runs correctly.  From 12 Apr onwards, I used the Smart track auto recognition to track my run but this function does not track the distance and pace.  I also used the Charge 2 to track my yoga and workout sessions without any auto-stop issues.
