Hi,
I have the Charge3 and not yet ready to buy something newer. I know it does not give SPO2 but EOV at nighttime sleep. I occasionally get high EOV spikes but only occasionally. Is there a way to know the values or separation line to differentiate between high EOV and low EOV? or even getting the range of low to high EOV? If my high EOV is really bad I might need to act sooner but getting that info would be very useful.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing your EOV question @dianasmith.
Estimated oxygen variation (EOV) is an estimate of the changes in your blood oxygen saturation levels. For instructions, see How do I track my estimated oxygen variation in the Fitbit app? The EOV feature is designed to see specific events overnight when your blood oxygen saturation levels varied, which could indicate breathing disturbances.
Fitbit SpO2 estimates your average blood oxygen saturation levels and range while you sleep. It’s designed to see potential changes to your fitness and wellness.
I hope this information is useful for you.
