My Fitbit charge developed lines that affected the ability to see the steps and time. i sent an email but received no response but it was the time of the coronavirus peak and didnt follow up. Today the screen has all gone all white. You can see the numbers behind it. I've tried resetting and changing the clock faces but its still the same. I only got it in August last year
