A few days ago, suddenly the screen on my fitbit has completely died. The fitbit still syncs with my phone and laptop application, and also the haptic vibration works when pressing the button on the side. Device is now pretty much useless. Please can help be provided?

Hi, I have exactely the same problem. I have also tried do let it completely discharge in order to reset it and it didn't work...

Exactly same thing has happened to me this morning this Fitbit is less than one year old got it for Xmas it’s now pretty much no good what’s point if you can’t see the screen, hubby is a tech know how and tried every thing no good!!!
