Can not tap screen and have it turn on.

Also screen brightness is why to low can barely see it even in a dark room. And I have 66% on battery.   Not sure how to fix this

Make sure sleep mode is off and screen wake is on. Also, you can change the screen brightness in the device settings.

thank you!  somehow my brightness got switched to low.  Not so easy to find the settings when you can't see the screen but i was able to manage it

@HEATHER95 as @Mrb731 mentioned, you can change the brightness on the settings on your Charge 3.  If you haven't done so, I recommend following the steps below: 

 

  1. Swipe to Settings
  2. Go to Brightness
  3. Select the one you prefer

For your comment, are you referring that your Charge 3 doesn't respond to taps? You may try to perform a restart as well.
