Hello
Only purchased end of April 20 - worked fine until this last weekend. The only screenview I can get is the clock & date and then Screen Wake & Notifications. The swipe movement to get steps, heartrate & other info is not responding? I have a message of the notification screen but cannot open it.
Please advise.

Hallo, I'm suffering the same problem. Syncronisation still works, but no reaction what so ever when I touch the screen. Pushint the button about 10 seconds doesn't restart the watch.

Hallo again,
looking further, I learned that I needed to charge the watch when I try to reset it by pushing the button during 8 seconds. After seeing the smile on the screen, it reacts to swipe movements as before.
