Hi, my charge 3 screen is so dim I cant read anything on it.

Hi Katrina a lot of people have had this problem including me and the recommended methods to resolve it largely do not seem to work for me. I have a Charge Two back on my wrist because I can read it. I recommend you contact the company and see if you can get a replacement or consider an alternative tracker, FYI this problem is not confined to the Charge 3 and has been reported on other devices from Fitbit. Sometimes however if you change the brightness to normal from Auto in the settings area (swipe from the right on the clock face to get to settings) it may help. The other option is to try a reset, go to help.fitbit.com/articles/en_us/help_article/1186.htm or alternatively do a search on YouTube for how to do this if you prefer video instructions. Others have simply changed the clock face to resolve this, unfortunately in my case none of these solutions have worked. The tracker reports perfectly it’s only the display that appears to be an issue. I hope that this helps you to consider your next steps.

I've now got it sorted!! Went into settings and changed to normal

I am having the same problem as it is so dim I can't see the settings. Please could you let me know how you managed to do it
