Charge 4: I need to swipe down to update my screen, every time including when I’m actually viewing it while using it. The steps used to keep counting on screen, now, since latest update, I need to swipe down to see total steps. No running count

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 4. As a first step to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest to first sync your device to not not lose any data it might tracked so far. Next please restart your device as mentioned here:
