Hello I am having problem while I setup the charge 2 after the pin setup after few minutes it shows."sorry the setup is taking longer than usual.Please be patient.We are on it" and shows try again.Please somebody help me plz😭

Seems odd that you're experiencing setup difficulties with your Charge 2. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if there's a missing requirement that's preventing the setup process to be completed. Then, move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
